Kathy brings to FNBC Mid-Atlantic, LLC over 25 years in management and independent consulting positions for technology, telecommunications, financial services, and consulting companies in the Washington DC area. Her experience spans the areas of program and project management, management and organizational analysis, merger & acquisition support, and technology deployment. She leverages her analytical approach and expertise with small and mid-size companies in management, due diligence and project cost/benefit to provide a successful outcome for both business sellers and buyers.

Kathy holds an MS degree from Johns Hopkins University and a BA degree from the University of Florida.

Jerry joins FNBC Mid Atlantic following a successful career in the corporate environment. As CEO and Chairman of the Board he led an ESOP-owned national security company through a period of significant growth and successfully executed the Board of Directors' exit strategy. After selling the company, Jerry stayed with the new organization during a management transition period. He has decided to share what he has learned while buying, selling and running small and middle market companies and looks forward to guiding clients through the selling and/or buying process. Jerry learned first hand the value of utilizing intermediaries to handle the most important transaction in a business owner's life so that they do not take their "eye off the ball" and lose value during the process. Over the course of his career Jerry has been involved in dozens of business combination transactions ranging in value from $500 thousand to over $100 million.

Jerry has significant CFO level experience in the government contracting and commercial sectors, in both services and manufacturing. Additionally, Jerry is well-versed in sales and marketing in real estate and financial services.
